In the 2006 Philippine plates, any plate that started with B were cars registered in Subic, Zambales, where it’s known to be a haven for grey import cars with its freeport zone. The “944” part was most likely a vanity choice.

I’ve been searching for used plates to have as a keepsake of the homeland that I can keep on my wall, and for vanity purposes. I haven’t had luck unfortunately. They’re one of the most beautiful plates I’ve seen.
